1. Who we are
Sora Digital FZE is a performance media buying company registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We run paid user-acquisition campaigns for apps and digital products on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat. For the purposes of this policy, Sora Digital FZE is the controller of the personal data described here.
2. Data we collect
- Contact details you give us when you email us or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, such as your name, company, job title, email address, phone number and messaging handle.
- Business information you share about your offer, target geos, budgets, payouts and campaign performance.
- Billing details for clients, such as company registration, billing address, tax identifiers and payment records.
- Technical data that is automatically sent by your browser when you load our website, such as IP address, browser type and device information. This is processed by our hosting provider and by Google Fonts, which serves the site’s typefaces.
- Campaign data that we access in advertising and analytics accounts while delivering services. This is usually aggregated reporting data. Where it includes end-user personal data, we process it on our client’s behalf and under their instructions.
3. How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and assess whether we’re a fit for your campaign.
- To plan, run, optimise and report on advertising campaigns.
- To issue invoices, collect payments and keep financial records.

- A buyer or successor if our business is reorganised, merged or sold.
6. International transfers
We work with clients and partners in more than 26 countries, so personal data may be transferred outside the UAE or your home country. When we transfer data, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected, including using contractual safeguards where required.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiry data that doesn’t lead to a working relationship is normally deleted within 24 months. Client and financial records are kept for as long as UAE law and tax rules require.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls on advertising accounts and limiting access to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
